Chest and Back

Monday is chest and Back day for me. Was not feeling it this morning, but that changed after two sets! Went a little light but thats just cuz i tweaked my shoulder a bit yesterday.

Chest
Biangular press 10x4
Incline biangular press 10x4
Machine pullovers 10x4

BACK
Cable long bar pulldown's 15,10,10,10,5
Bent over Barbell rows 10x4
Deadlifts 10,6,4

ABS
Crunches 25x5

10 second rest for everything.
